Hirshleifers accepts returns on full-price, unworn, and unwashed merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain luxury items, evening wear, and final sale products may be ineligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 7 days of receiving your order.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship Your Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; insured shipping is recommended for high-value items.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the condition of the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
